Ok so check this. My old babysitter, that is now a close friend, Ms. Morgan has made an order for her little girl, Ava. She sent a letter in the mail with some money. The letter just talked about how she was moved from my story. Now, she only ordered one bag, but there was $50 in it! She wants one bag but would like to donate the rest for the cause!! Now that is going the extra mile!!!! So, Ms. Morgan if you are reading this right now thank you SOOOOO SOOOOOO MUCH!!! And thank you everyone else for helping out by buying a bag! You all are DA BOMB!!
So I would like to share my favorite bible verses with y'all. Now this was from my life jounal a couple of weeks ago:
My verse was Psalm:18:1-3. "I love you, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I call to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies." What i think it means is that God is always there for me, always was, and always will be forever and ever and ever. So I can always run to him and seek help and refuge in times of trouble (or anytime). Also, if you want you can read ahead. That is what I did.
Ok, so i just finished 5th grade and I am going into 6th. That is about the time DRAMA starts to happen. It ended that I got hurt one day, and my mom shared a verse with me that helped me through out the year. Here it is:
"If someone slaps you, turn your cheek the other way." Matt. 5:39
That helped me A LOT!! I have never gotten hurt again. PRIASE THE LORD!!!! So, if you want you can share your favorite verses with me. Just post them and I will look them up!
So, Ms. Alison is doing this contest on her blog.
It is a jewlery giveaway. I love reading her blog and hearing about all the updates on her adoption. :-)
UNdefiled
James 1:27 (New American Standard Bible) Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.

MYstory
My name is Rayna Smith. I am from a family of five. My Dad and Mom, Jason and Beth, and my brother and sister, Silas and Josie. And then there is me, the oldest. I am the founder of UNdefiled. UNdefiled is an organization that supports Mrs. Allison Schmelzer and her efforts to adopt a child from Ethiopia. In Ethiopia, people live off of 30cents a day. When I first heard that, I was blown away. It made me want to help out as much as I could for the unfortunate and poor in the world. But how... I thought it would be difficult, but then I just thought, why don't I just take something I love to do and use it to help. I was hanging out with my friend Mason and she was sleeping over. My mom was helping us sew some things and we stayed up all night. It was so much fun... and then it clicked! I could sew and make things that I could sell and then use the money to help the Schmelzer's adopt their baby, Caroline Faith.
My mom taught me a simple pattern and now I use it to make bags that I sell. All money I profit is used to support the adoption. I will use this blog to show some pictures of different bags and also keep all the readers up to date with what God is doing in my life. So before you buy a bag, please hear my story...
I grew up in a Christian home and made a decision to follow Jesus at the age of 6 in my bedroom. I told my parents and when I was 8 when my Dad baptized me in the Atlantic Ocean in Hollywood, FL (thats the picture I have up top). We moved not too long after that and I just did the normal Christian thing, go to church, read my Bible every once and a while, listen to Christian music, and pray a few times a day. Then God shook up my small 11 year old heart when I was at a concert. http://pinelake.org/blogs/chialpha/ The last song they sang was called "Complete" check out the song here on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wk7nfr8SSW8 and during it God was flashing in my mind pictures of all the kids and adults across the world that are less fortunate and right then I heard Him speak to me. He said, "I want you to be a missionary." I know what you are thinking, WOW! I know I was too, and I still am.
So for now, I serve at an inner city ministry with my family whenever possible. When I am serving it just feels like it is what I was made for. Showing and sharing the love of God by helping people. So that's my story... hope to see you around the blog. You can check out Mrs. Allison's blog at http://www.lovinmuch.blogspot.com/
